2018 war ein Jahr, in dem in meiner unmittelbaren Nähe drei Menschen die Seite gewechselt haben. Meine Mutter starb im April, ein guter Freund und Mentor meiner sozialpädagogischen Ader - wir nannten ihn immer nur Pfiffi - wurde ebenfalls im April von seiner langjährigen Leidensphase erlöst und dann starb aus heiterem Himmel im Oktober ein guter Freund. Chris wurde nur 38 Jahre alt und er hinterlässt neben meiner Mutter und Pfiffi ein bislang noch nicht ganz überschaubares Loch in meinem Leben.
(M)eine Art und Weise, die zu akzeptierenden Seiten des Lebens zu meistern, besteht u.A. darin, ohne Worte und somit mitunter ziemlich sprachlos Töne zu produzieren. Musik ist eine unerschöpfliche und nebenwirkungslose Medizin - zumindest was die negativen Seiten betrifft.

Die auf dieser CD zusammengefassten Musikstücke sind allesamt in 2018 entstanden und spiegeln mitunter meinen „Ist-Stand“ in Bezug auf Trauerarbeit, loslassen können oder müssen. Sehr wohl auch in dem Bewusstsein, das dieses
Leben ziemlich schnell Herausforderungen an einen stellt, denen man sich manchmal zunächst nicht gewachsen fühlt. Es lebt sich so leicht vor sich hin!

2018 was a year in which three people switched sides in my immediate vicinity. My mother died in April, a good friend and mentor of my social pedagogical streak - we always called him Pfiffi - was also released from his long suffering in April and then a good friend died out of the blue in October. Chris was only 38 years old and he leaves together with my mother and Pfiffi a hole in my life that has not yet been manageable.
There is a way to master the sides of life that are acceptable. in producing sounds without words and thus sometimes quite speechless. Music is an inexhaustible and ineffective medicine - at least as far as the negative sides are concerned.

The pieces of music summarized on this CD were all created in 2018 and sometimes reflect my “current status” in relation to mourning, can or must let go. Very well also in the awareness that this
Living pretty quickly presents you with challenges that you sometimes don't feel up to at first. It lives so easily!
